In this workshop we’ll explore the relationship between our innate sense of wellbeing and the moods we swing between. What are the underlying physiological currents that account for good and bad moods or high & low energy, and how can herbs modify these mental and emotional states?

By considering contributing factors such as sleep, stress & energy, we’ll introduce key classes of herbs: nervines, adaptogens, sedatives and anti-depressants. By gaining a heightened understanding of herbs, participants will learn quick fixes to increase productivity, mental alertness, energy, and joy.
